Our Financial Coordinator deals with many different insurance companies and works with you to try to obtain a predetermination of your insurance benefits. 

As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefit plans, we may submit necessary claim forms, receipts and other information to your insurance company in order for you to receive your reimbursement.

Full payment is due on the day of treatment.
